HOT: Dynamic RIT (Rapid Intervention Teams)

Class Description: 

There is a lot that can be done to help a mayday firefighter, but there is also a lot that can be done to prevent a firefighter from calling a mayday as well. This class focuses on the pre/post mayday incident. During this intense program instructors will cover the RIT "need-to-knows" and the RIT "don'ts". During this class students will practice the following removal skills:

-FF. Lifts/Drags & Carries

-Downed FF CPR

-RIT Pack Operations

-Columbus Drill (Removal Techniques) 

-Denver Drill (Removal Techniques)

Class Prequalification's: FF Certification in residing state

PPE Requirements: Full PPE & SCBA w/ Spare Cylinder
